hi all i need a bit help was trying to update ms 509 now just lights up nothing on screen can anyone help such as factory reset or new files when connected to maxi link stays on communication buy wont upload many thanx

m8--never rely on made in china products....an update would never ever happen.
the reason why chinese have huge population is because they the chinese use their own home made chinese condoms and they fail so largely that the result is over grown population...
so any takers for chinese condoms...their slogan is...donot miss the feel of real skin...throw us out...:laugh::beer:

The chinese have an awesome '1 brat per couple' policy, so if you see
a pretty bird you know the most kids she has is 1, VERY strict policys on sterilasation, cool.

Can this tool be used with differant software, e.g. the one file at a time the Autel FR704 etc? so can do abs airbag etc

From this product, there is a clone around. It is easy to distinguish the original from the copy. The original is multi language, the copy supports English and Spanish only. But it looks like both doing more or less the same.

But the original and the copy are Made in China. :lollypop:

Version on site are unworked ( and sometime from other item - check file name ).
After upgrade my scanner do not worked too, but i have old version and I maked downgrade.
I requested new version from Autel by E-mail and got it.
PS. sorry for my english :-(

There is version 2.02 ( I got it in october 2010 )

Later I downloaded v2.03 (not via direct link:embarassed:) and tried update... scanner do not work :-(
After downgrade to v2.02 it is again worked :-D
I 'll try find later version, but I need time for this ...
From november 2010 I do not recieved answers from support@auteltech.com :bawling:
