problem reading MC68HC05X32(0D53J) MCU with ETL 705

dear m8,
i m trying to make new key for mercedes w210 with gambit, but i cant read MC68HC05X32(0D53J) with ETL 705 hardware and uniprog software try long time then cant(on board programming) , if i choose MC68HC05B6 in uniprog setting, i can read the 256bytes eeprom of the MC68HC05X32(0D53J), but then gambit says corrupt header. i try 4 8 16 mhz crystal for the mcu with no hope,
i also have beeprog if it can do it , please help

right now i dont have 20 mhz crystal to replace in 705 programmer board but i ll try find 1 and try to read , but still want to know if beeprog can do it

here is the eeprom i readed using etluniprog soft and as mc68hc05b6 eeprom while the mcu in the adapter i want to read is mc68hc05x32 0d53j, still gambit wont accept it to generate 0d53j key for merceds

Dear m8, thank you for your fast reply, i really respect members like you ready to help, yes this is my programmer , i will change 20mhz crystal as soon as i find one ans post result, still i wonder if beeprog could do th job , i see in device supported by beeprog the mc68hc705x32 but no mc68hc05x32...
