DVD will only install if you have an IE connection and during install your PC ID will be checked in the database in France.
I must me the new tool Lenova X200 and also during install you need dealer code.
The DVD is just a Basic DVD you need after install download the vehicle's or something like this.
From DS4 you need Diagbox!! they told me.

Normallyit was told us that in beginning of september the software will be distributed to the dealerships who are in possession of diag box. This software will contain only the new c4 and other models will be added one by one with internet updates. Either wise the diag box has lexia included and normally for vehicles older than new c4 you will use for sure lexia.

Can you help me please....:

I have some problems with my parking sensors/system when I drive forward close to a wall I only get one green bar in my display but no sound but when I but it in reverse I get the sound from the front sensors as they should when it is 20 cm from the wall but still only one green bar in the display. My car is a Citroen C5 with a RT3. I have lexia and have tried a lot of things but haven?t been able to solve it, anybody have some ideas to solve this

That means that for proxia and lexia there not updatates any more when the diagbox wil be offically launched on the dealerships. In fact this is not true because there will be updates for them but it will be possible to update them only throught diagbox software, by the way nobody will know either the lexia or either the diagox is updating but this is the only way of working.
i think that this was sett up in order to throw away the old games and to use the new one.

Interesting that all numbers (identifier, request code) are the same length as they were at lexia, pp2000. Maybe we have to figure out what to put as "number of the version", and the old keygen will gave the correct code for activation.

Interface does not mater, it is the same, but to activate it you must have ID from Citroen or Peugeot, you must have the rrdi code which one is the code for dealers and authorized workshop's. So generally said, you need all those information's and powerful internet link. It is hard to be manipulated, I don't think that somebody will be able to crack it, not for the moment as I know.

Can be enough if somebody succeed to manipulate the PC ID reported by application, so this can be set by user because based on this PC ID and valid RRDI application can be activated again and again and again... online without any problem.

About the activation of the diagbox... please follow my thoughts... The diagbox is installed according a rrdi code; depending the rrdi code the software will install the peugeot or citroen software. Imagine a citroen dealer that has one licence for one machine...they can install and activate that machine every time they need( for ex. if it's needed to format the pc). If we know the mac adress and the rrdi code of an original machine maybe it's possible to create a "clone machine" and activate the software....

i tried this after you mentioned it, they should not of called it PC identifier if it only looks at the network card to generate the number.

The program is all java based with multiple exe's performing different functions.It uses Mozilla's Xulrunner as the platfrom in which the program runs.

Unless he shows a continuos stream of video entering codes for activation then connect too car to show diagnossis, it wont mean anything.

The only way to prove this is to provide some codes to some members in order for them to test that it works.

Also the software is dated 2009, it has not been cracked since it's release?

To pay 90E for a one time use key it is to expensive... if your SW or HW crash then you need another key.
Any way if he sell the activation codes this is not interesting for most of us because at this moment we have PPS and Lexia working and we don't need Diagbox to scan PSA cars from today market.
For many of us having Diagbox on our computers it is more like a new toy - hobby.

You are going to show pictures of it working, which could mean that you are showing pictures/Video of one with the correct license as compared to one generated by the keygen

The only way to test this is to provide key to independant.

anybody had the chance to test live parameter acquisition and graphic representation with Diagbox for Citro - Pug ?
I ask this because in "old" Lexia - PP200 it is a bug who stop you displaying graphic representation like in the pricture:

Same problem. On PPS 21.14 it wouldn`t even say please wait, i got a wincad.exe don't send error and had to reboot the laptop.

Today i installed 24.21, and i got this same ''please wait"(4ever) message. At first a window appeared asking me accept/decline, but i was in a hurry so i didn`t catch the name of the software. That software should be the problem why the graphics simply don't appear.

Unfortunately yo can not legally buy DiagBox if you're not a dealer.
If you're a dealer the first months ?1000:evil: Euros (including laptop (X2000)).
Then every month ?650:beheaded: Euros for the license.

DiagBox is being launched to independents this year (Citroen said this was planned for start of year) this was why I asked, both lexia and pps where available to independents, I have no doubts DiagBox will be the same (once the fix all the bugs).

Hello guys
Have problem with DiagBox.After install and update to v05.10 I try a diagnose on Peugeot 206 1.4hdi.I use Lexia3 interface.
Mention : first time I diagnose the car with PP2000 and find the problem but with same cable and Diagbox sw I get nothing.
In attachment I post some screen shots from diagnostic session with DiagBox.
Please someone point me in the right direction : is needed a other Lexia cable to use with DiagBox and other to use with PP2000 or I did something wrong ?

DiagBox is a base platform when you install it it will also install lexia/pps/ppd ect at same time, old existing versions of Lexia and PPS are removed and replaced with the diagbox platform, you would need to install old style lexia/planet on another partion or install in VMWare

Thanks drakov for advices.Fortunately but not from knowledge I installed this two sw. in two different laptops.
But the dad news for me is I have problem with one of them because all the time wen I wish to use a sw. based on ELM interface or KKL interface something happens with the USB port setting because the sw. does not recognize the port where the interface was set.If I change the port for interface the result is same.This is the reason I installed Wind. last week and seems the problem is back.
Can someone guide me with this problem ?
I am desperate and really need help.

All I know about diagbox is that anything from 508 model will need diagbox and not PPS and PPS will not be updated. Lets face it in a few years time if you do not specialize in a make you are going to struggle with diagnosis so eventually I think people will have to pay for a license. Fortunately I work for Pugs and specialize in Hyundai's part time.

The new vans need a different lead for certain ecus but I have always got into a Boxer 3 with the normal lead. Omitec in England make the van lead.

Now everything actually goes through diagbox and diagbox chooses either PPS or Diagbox to diagnose the vehicle. At the moment only the Ion goes through diag.

I am trying to learn more about the system as I use it more. Service box is the main thing to have in my opinion as the wiring on Peugeots are shit and cause loads of problems.

Good point - I was not specific on car and ABS model.

Peugeot 307 2.0 16v (RFN engine).

Motor management is MM6LP

ABS ECU is Bosch with ESP. I do not have it with me right now, but in ABS ECU model is version 5.7

DiagBox is reporting as fault that ABS ECU is not recognized, then works a bit, in the end it is not reporting any fault.

I have tried to set make and model of ABS ECU through DiagBox, but I could not.

Thus - my idea to reset it, with hope of it working properly.

It is not that I have major problem, as ABS light is not ON most of the time. Occasionaly it pops up, and after few minutes it dissappears.

In conclusion - it can be 'software feature' of DiagBox, but it can also be sign that something is not right with ABS ECU.

Problem I have is that DiagBox is not recognizing ABS/ESP ECU. Also through one of DiagBox menu's I cannot set the model and make for it.

So it is either DiagBox 'feature' or something is not right with ABS/ESP ECU. First one is not a problem, second one might be.

There is plenty bugs in Diagbox, configuration failures, freezed modules, eved up to 5.34 BSI update in 508 causeing absolute BSI wipe - game over. Plenty downloading operations faulty or not processing in Diagbox but running very well in PPS. If you dont have 2009 - 2011 cars beter stay with pp2000.
