I have a CLIO key I want to change immo chip in it!

But I can find any chip like this: U9280M

I see a lot of this in renault keys but I dont know the name of it! It is like the 7946at you have to solder it!

Where can I buy it? how do they sell it? It not like ID46! Or it does?

Thanks

U9280M is a microcontroller with embedded transponder interface which is designed to operate remote as well as RFID.
In UK Hickleys sell them. They also sell them at codecard.lt and a few Chinese sites. They need to be pre coded with data before they will program into a car.

Hi, its develpoment software for a development board.
Part numbers on the opening sheet.

Here is a link to the data sheet. http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc4591.pdf

The demo board is about ?500 or $500 outside the UK

Someone must be able to make something that will interface the pc to the chip, any offers ?

Hi
I have oe zed bull but not the eeprom upgrade
I understand zedbull can re use old keys
First you program immo then remote then combine the 2.
I keep asking for someone to send me the dump for the 93c46 to learn the remote part but no luck yet, anyone?

Tmpro will do half the job as usual programing the immo but not the remote

Hi

Scenario

Renault clio 1
All keys lost??????

H ave got new remote key ordered from vin number at renault by customer but they could not get it programmed to car.
I think someone did an ecu set replacement - thats why key is wrong ordered from vin.

Here is dump for 93c46.

Hi,

Pin is 3954

33 logic to start car:

30 00 00 00 FF 8F FF 00 00 00 38 0E 00 00 7E 00

Hi,
the pin number 3954 is for the car. If the new key was made for another car it should be possible with zudbull to make immo work, then do same with remote then combine the 2 dumps butas I said I don't have the upgrade to do this with zedbull.

You can make a T5 work the immo part. I havn't checked but I suspect its the dump above. As for the remote part ??

If you make a T5 you will need to remove the ant in the key, just get the T5 working with the blade to start if you go down that road.

What tools do i need to get this car to run ???

( Do not want to do immo off , I would like to get the key to work on this car)
Thanks in advance

Ps ...Have tried to add key with the pincode with MVP but does not work..

If you write the above logic to a T5 transponder the car will start. You will need something to write the transponder though...RW2/3/4, AD900, Zedbull ect....

If you dont have one, most shops that clones keys can write it for you.

Hi

Have got T5 chip here i think, will check...
Have got Gambit clone( been lying around for 6 months),
Will set it up and try with that.
At least car will start.

Have got about 6 0ld keys here. Most with U 2980m and 2 with pcf 7946at on them.
(Waiting for Zed Bull clone ).. :alberteinstein::hello:
Have got time to play with this vehicle , so will see how it goes .

Thanks

Pierre

Hi

Gambit clone does not support this i think (to write to T5).

Will have to wait for other tool.

I see that i can order pre coded key by vin number from 3D Group. ( Will not help because i think there is other ecu set in this car)

Will wait for Zed bull first and try that way to make certain car starts. In mean while i will immo off another sirius 32 i repaired and see if car runs.

Regards

Will give outcome off this..

Thanks

Hi
Got car running ( Immo off sirius 32n)

New supplied key - Pincode 3982 (From numbers inside key)

Uch bmtn3 dump -Pincode 3954 ( Inside dump)

I would like to use this new key.Have not got original UCH dump or transponder ring for this key.

Is there a way to change the pincode in dump and transponder ring so that this key will work.

I have compared 4 dumps for 93c46 with their pincodes but do not see where the pincode are stored.

I would like to get the remote to work from key at least.

Have got Clip -Can it be done with Clip?

Thanks in advance

Pierre

seems there is a way to code the new key into the car and getting the remote to work ..
get data from key and backwards modify to accept key .. brilliant. .just need a car now to do it with..

Hi,
just spent ages trying to help another member on the same lines.

Genuine zedbull with the renault pack activated should do it. ( I havn't got the renault pack. )

You load a prepared dump, push the c/locking button on the car then push the key and it learns the remote. Make a tranponder on T5 remove antena
next you combine it with the original dump. We could not get it to work I think the last 4 bits could be a check sum.

After removing the 93c46 10 times the board starts to get dodgy. Sometimes you can read on the board.

Wonder if ddt2000 will let you edit dump in the BMT ( uch ) through obdsocket via k line?

Good luck

this is the instructions you need to follow i have attatched a file which i have run through step 3 with this key data you need to follow step 4, 5 and 6 send me the new file and i will send you the final file
in the process of waiting do not do anything else to the car

Will have to try this next time i get a clio1 in .

To get the ecu up and running is the easy part for me.
Just virgin the flash and it will accept the code from uch file next time you switch on ignition.

Thanks

Hi,
we are talking Clio 2 with rf remore that flashes twice used up to 2001.

The pin codes are encripted.
Uch 93c46 line 10 - 06/07/08/09 address affect the generation of the code plus line 20 - 0f affects the generation of a transponder dump just altering the last part.
