Softwear shared by ogo777 is the original one.
The softwear that jolidj shared it isn't.
jolidj please can you share few pics with this softwear because I have a feeling that is the same OP-COM China Clone 08/2010 but it is changed the China clone with 100315a
I will change the exe file with one from 100219a and i will inform you how its working.

I did some changes in this two softwear shared by ogo777 which is the original one and the other is shared by the jolidj.
I put the OP-COm 100219a exe file in this two softwears.
Pics 1, 2 are the original softwear and the other one are from the one shared by the jolidj.
What we see is that the Langdata is differnt.
Using all files from softwear shared by jolidj I can use it with OP-COM 100219a exe file.

Mate all chinese clone can be updated to the new firmwear
You said that your interface firmwear is 1.44, the last one.
So your interface can work with newest 2011 car but you need the 2011 OP-COM cracked softwear.
This kind of softwear I haven't seen it anymore
The last cracked OP-COM softwear in the China Clone 08/2010 or 100219a.
OP-COM 100315e how you said that you have it wasn't cracked as well.
Your it is a fake
What you have to do is to wait maybe someone will figure it out how to crack newest OP-COM softwears

100219a and 100315a versions work with fw 1.39 or newer (they have fw 1.39 inside the program)
if your interface fw is < 1.39, it will be upgraded automatically to 1.39.

2011 versions (still uncracked) works with fw > 1.39: 1.41, 1.43, 1.44...

I understand this can be done but when I go to special functions in my menu, proceedure necessary does not exist. Will 082010 do this function, I tried to pm for this link a day or two ago but maybe i'm waiting for something that may not work also! any advise would be most welcome

That softwear it is a fake and I can tell you that firmwear 1.44 works with all OP-COM versions but from my expirience and I spoke with many guys with great experience in this the best firmwear for a version of softwear it is that one that the softwear need.
Example:
If you have a tool firmwear 1.33 and you need to works with 100219a (e don't means english,because there is roamanian version of 100315e too ), the sw will upgrade the firmwear automatically to 1.39.
The 100315e will not upgrade the firmwear, it still works with 1.39
OP-COM 100820b ( in english ) will upgrade the firmwear to 1.41
By the way 110207a and 110207c are in english too.
So maybe it is a sw fake because it is easy to change the title like in OP-COM China Clone in to 100219a.
The 100315e and the newest version of Op-Com have a change designe and for example new softwear like 100820b covers from 1984 till 2010.
So take care what you buy.

with opcomloader you can try last 1.44 firmware with opcom 100219a and then go back to 1.39 if you like, no problem at all, of course if you have never started any 2011 official opcom version with interface plugged in computer (which would have upgraded to 1.43 or 1.44 but disabling bootloader) or some 2010 version which erased your interface's pic

i found a program that is supposed to be able to downgrade opcom firmware to 1.39 EVEN if it was upgraded to 1.41 or 1.43 or 1.44 or 1.45 by means of 2011 2012 official opcom software

no matter if you started some 2011 2012 official opcom version with interface plugged in computer, which would have upgraded to 1.43 or 1.44 but disabling bootloader

2011 and 2012 official software versions of opcom dont erase pic of interface but disable bootloader

ocflash doesnt work if you started some 2010 version with interface plugged in computer, which erased your interface's pic

howto:

1. connect opcom interface through usb only
2. run ocflash
3. click on "request interface" to check actual version programmed on interface

5. click "change"
6. select "automatic mode" and click "flash"

That's right
There's no trick and there's no high speed if you use other firmwear then that one you need for that version.
OP-COM CHINA CLONE 08-2010 ( 100219a ) need firmwear 1.39
Any other firmwear version you use will make some functions not working.
Firmwear 1.47 it is good just in lastest versions of OPCOM as 121001a
Other 2012 OP-COM/VauxCom versions still use firmwear 1.45
