Hi
I have a problem with my car dash is a magnetti marelli 8D0 920 930M and i dont now where is the eeprom to read it, and the type.
i check all the pcb board and i dont find it.
Is separate from the dash?
I want to take the dump for it to see the inmo pin number to make a swap and change the km.
I promise to post the dump for the future members problems.

Sorry is a Audi a4 1999 2.5 tdi v6 quattro
Do you know if is inmo2 o inmo3?
I want to change it for a 9d0 920 980 vdo
Is it posible.
They are both can-bus, and i have the dump eeprom for the VDO one only i want to read from the original one and i dont now where is locate the eeprom.

i see it now because he had a paper on surface.
is xc912dg128cp (hc912).
How i read this chip?
My dash is inmo3?

im not sure about immo mate, but to read the chip you will need upa, xprog.......

what programmer you have?

i have willem programer.
is posible to read it in the board?
I have also vagcom 912 is working with vag can comander?

- willem don't make this mcu
- you can read in circuit with upa-usb,x-prog m
- you can read eeprom content of this mcu by OBD with login reader(http://www.codecard.lt/immo/audi-vw/login-reader-update-for-a6-tt-magneti-marelli-crc-repair-by-diagnostic/prod_28.html),vag tacho(version higher than 1.7,1.7 don't know mm with checksum),vag commander

My new dash is immo3 see it today when i conect it to the car.
I see in extra field the vin and the immo id.
I try to make the swap and no way the cluster no changing the softing code of the old one.
Somebody tell me that the immo3 swapping is posible only with the vagcom 303 is that right?
I have the vagcom interface 912/908 dualk usb is that good to make it work with vagcom 303?
I have to say that i read the eeprom 93c86 with willem to get the immo id and change the km is posible to be a corupted bin.
Is normal to get in the field VAG NUMBER : D89 920 008 and in the EXTRA : ;yyyyyyyyyyyyy UA7Z0Z1Y143174?
My dash (old one) is a Magneti Mareli 8D0 920 930m m73 d10
immo2 and the new one VDO 8D0 920 980 immo3 they are compatible?
Please somebody helpme.

what it is this number in my key?
