Hello DKs,
I have problem starting E 270 CDI W211.
The EZS is accepting the key and mileage correction is OK...
BUT I thing the FLASH is corupted....I tryed with another flash dump with the same mask but not success.
The MCU is 912DG128A mask 3K91D, I R/W with Xprog
I tried virgin dump for the ME and codding with DAS...

First Attachment is the eeprom and the flash from the car - flash maybe corrupted and EZS is not working at all.

Second is another flash dump I've got - EZS working, codding with ME is OK but:
- NOT SYNCHRONIZE and
- NO CIRCUIT 50 OVER CAN BUS

ANY SUGGESTIONS WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?

Maybe someone of you have working Flash and I can try it too.

PS: I keep the eeprom and keys from the car.

no circuit 50 over can bus means you either have a bad key or bad eis,the eis does not recognize second authorization code request, a/c control panel may not work and engine fan may run at full speed

you say key is accepted , and igintion is ok
i see in drive authorization all is ok
engine no start , you dont have krank ?
its no circuit 50
you havnt problem in flash
if flash corrupted keys never turn
check front SAM
if ok
change EVL its strange but it make this problem

report here EZS fault

Keys are OK and everything is working fine exept starting

There is no errors in all the units, everything is clear.
Is the FronSAM passing circuit 50 CAN message over the CAN.
With DAS there is a step where it is written that this problem may be coused by the fron SAM but the car was fine before I mess up the EZS

befor start check the central locking switch if the doors locks open and close when you press it

if it ddint work u have internal fault inside the ezs try to find new ezs

if it work check the central gatway and reset it by removing the fuse

Sounds like a transport protection.
detach transport protection and personalise all units in DEV mode (actuations).

Hello all,
Car started :party:

My dumps ware OK...just write them to another EZS and it worked. So maybe I break something in my PCB when I fall a part the whole EZS to get the MCU.
Finally I realized that this is not necessary. I can upload PICS for X-Prog, 9S12 In-Circuit without need to get to the MCU if there is any interest :)
Another thing I realised now is that my AK400 IR KEY programming is working (happy)

Hey,
Here are some pics to show that my connection is right, but not the chinese brothers' lie.

------------EZS side--------------------------------------------------------------------
First you can see on EZS - wiring
connector B
1 is ELV - communication with ESL
2 is circuit 31 - GROUND
3 is circuit 30z - +12V

Then on connectors pic you see where are 1,2 and 3 regarding with the socket.

- So, my picture shows 1(green)-comm, 2(black)-ground,3(red)-power.

------------ESL side----------------------------------------------------------------------
Second when look back to the EZS - wiring - N26/5 (electronic steering lock)
1 is EZS
2 is EZS
3 is ground
4 is power
5 is NC

Then on picture taken, see the colours of the wires and realise that the counting 1,2,3,4,5 is from the round side of the ESL.

- So, my picture shows that 1(green)-comm, 2(NC)-not needed, 3(black)-ground, 4(red) - power, 5(NC) - NC


I think this is enought to conclude that my picture is the right one, not the picture from AK400's manual.

I have one in the shop right now w203 hc12 but I'm afraid to touch it with the xprog-m 4.5
Is there any chance if I hook it up like in your pic to mess up the mcu?
I have to choose secured one from the xprog menu, right? Any specific baud, frequency settings?

and inside electronic lock 3k91d anyway read it with
r270 think read all ok mileage corect chasis corect repaired
mileage put back and ignition dead put back original
still nothing made like 30 mercedes with it never problem
do somebody know where can buy new 3k91d cause think it not good but strange i can still normall read it.

also ordered 3 piece 3k91d from china my flash and eeprom
also have other ezs from friens 2115451008 but also not work same problem hope someone has flash.

Bought etl 912 put down mcu used neew flash put
my eeprom data in that flash used new mcu 3k91d
then locking started to work no fault now in ezs
but car start sometimes then again not anyway
will try more maybe can fix

Buy one used EZS with same part number and write your EPROM data in processor.

Solved problem now was in mikroswitch
changed mcu again then noticed mikroswith
not worked put new mikroswitch and car work
normal now also taked friend same eis and change mcu
write new flash etl and work also on my mercedes so now
have two working on it.
Which machine can work ok on that hc12 eis in circuit
have r270 work ok all bme and mercedes this first not
work ok friend used that edr pauli also not work
me have also that pauli used only once burned volvo
instrument so not use it enymore have also smelecom
datasmart that not tried yet is there some chinese
912 can work on this with etl to much work

Hey mates

I have an EZS 2115451008 with 1L85D mcu inside.
EZS of car is bad.... probably mechanical problem as i have already tried FLASH repair (with good file).

I got used EZS with key. I try at bench and EZS OPEN!!

So, i want to write ORIGINAL eprom to 1L85D and make car work. I open EZS ,,,,, i desolder 1L85D and solder to ETL programmer and i write ORIGINAL eprom.
I try EZS on car and DOES NOT WORK !!

So i desolder mcu again,,,,, and see that eprom is corrupt!!!! It's changed ,,, VIN is allocated (instead of WDB211 it writes WxxxDxxxBxxx2xxx1xxx1xxx something like that.....),,,, and keys are all changed!
So i write again with ETL ,,, try again but same thing! Eprom changes all the time and can't work!

Has anyone seen that before on etl? I've tried another power source,,, checked soldering again n again ,,,,, even changed PC but still same problem!

1 - You don?t need dessolder mcu to read or write, just use xprog, it?s easy and safe.
2 - Are you sure old and new ezs have same part number and same mcu ?
3 - Do you read and save eeprom from "new"(scarp) ezs?

This is the format of the 1L85D ?????????????????????????????? I thought it was corrupt........................................... ....

Original eprom from scarp was this format.......... and i thought it was destroyed during READ...............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evrytime i read eprom i read at this format...... but this format won't give me keys (for example on mbkeyprogtools........)

And yes i have eprom from scape as backup................ The original eprom file i got is read with R260 china (which destroyed the flash from the mcu)........... but the R260 eprom ORIGINAL format seems ok and i can get keys

I think my mistake is that original EZS was 3K91D and i'm trying to put a ST12 ezs with 1L85D......... even if they are same numbers 2115451008 ,,,, they have different mcus inside...

Both of your files are ok but from diferent mcu?s. You can?t use 3K91D file in 1L95d mcu.
