VMAC III CONNECTION ISSUES

Wondering if anybody knows how to fix the connection issues with nexiq adapter 125032 and vmac iii 2.9.3 ? i keeps opening up the program and then i kicks me out and then i will not connect ? thank you have a good one

this is the registry fix to allow it to work with nexiq USB link. You will have to go into vmack prefs and select the adapter and hit ok (it will be blank , you just have to go through the steps as if u can see it)

Its ok if its blank. Try it on a truck to see if its working.

Guys....you need to install the interface driver first...then reboot ...then install vmac sw....and you will be able to get it to work....I WAS Told by the It guy @ local truck dealership.....make sure your Nexiq or Dearborn or whichever is installed on laptop....then install program....

Ive seen the new vercion is 2.9 and for ecm paswords ..two ways ..I know ..put 0000 or 000000...and the last 6 digits of vin number. if has other ...just possible to remove with server conection and flash customer vehicle data..I ve never seen some paswrod retrieve or keymaker for that ..becaus vmack ..doesnt give verification codes.

Here is the fix for the usb link problem.Extract the link and there is one folder for applying files to mack software.

It will surly help everybody with this problem.

macromantis, I think the problem is your keyboard. The text is all scrambled. Replace it and let us know if that fixes your problem. Also check the rules section. There may be a few tips there on getting your adapter to work.

Sorry we cant understand what your saying. You must have the same problem as macromantis. The first thing you must do is scan your PC for a virus. If that doesnt fix the scrambled text problem you will then need to replace your keyboard. Once you get that problem fixed please visit the rules section and we will be happy to help you with any problems afterwards.

Yes, sure, vmacss will work for both vmac2 and vmac3.

the only mack pc based sw that works for vmack II is techtool or old version of vcads or there is one more sw that mack use to use wich is a dos program i can upload if any one needs it i can also upload dos software for v mack 1 if anyone needs
