Mate, here you have datasheet for your pic: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/41159e.pdf

Which package do you have? There are DIP, PLCC, TQFP and SOIC for this PIC.

I have a TQFP.
In the upa-usb device is not PIC18F458

You want to programm Pic from Op com interface. Not posible with upa. Try with Beeprog. Work incircuit.
