Hi that is catch 22 you can generate keys for Havana NEC processor but you need a dump, the catch 22 is there is no programmer to read the dump for this processors.
Correct me with some facts if I'm wrong.

I found something like this - Programming adapter | DIL48/QFP100-1 ZIF NEC-3 | Elnec (http://www.elnec.com/products/programming-adapters/?f=DIL48_QFP100-1_ZIF_NEC-3) and was curious if it is this processor (I only know that Donau is qfp100 and there are other like Amazonas / Havanna / Nevada / Palermo / Spanien). Yes, this could be a possible way but much to complicated. the only reasonable approch would be to do it via OBD.
Doing it via the NEC is almost impossible.
It is a special device from NEC for automotive customers.
You will never get any datasheet or information if you are not a tier 1 automotive supplier and have a NDA with NEC

What about using the verify option to "guess" what it is written inside... something like brute force attack :D The only problem is that will take very very very very long time to read.

You can order new keys by dealer in this case. No need to change EZS.
Of course, simply putting a new EZS it did not work.
I just said what needs to be changed if you lose all the keys and can not go to the dealer.
If at least one working key is present there is no need to change EZS.

You are stuck with this problem.
So far did not see any solution to read the HAVANA processors. You can make keys from the Motorola, no problem but not the new EZS with HAVANA,
If you need to change parts, you must find a donor vehicle, and transfer the EZS with keys, complete 722.9 transmission or at least the contact plate with TCU, ME9.7 ECU or you may try to renew yours. I think that will be sufficient.
Do not know what country you are in.
Try salvage yards you can search for your parts at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market (http://www.car-part.com/)
