you need to use branding tool

DDRS 6.1 is the old version that takes a parallel block with an eprom inside. You have to have it plugged in to the port for it to work. Upgrade to the new version for USB.

From reading the 23 pages in this thread it seems that not many folks have received the .rar password from user 12345678910 including myself and I think that is not a nice way to share. Hi there all, can any1 please explain why i get an error message "error gathering password page" when i try to make a parameter change with DDRS7.07 and DDDE7.06 and DDDL7.07 7.05, i have these 4 Detroit programs on 4 seperate laptops and i can connect to the ECM but when i go to change a parameter it will not generate the password page to insert a password to make the change, can any1 shed any light on this please on what i may have done wrong installing these programs?

If you want to use DDL 6.46 or 6.47 it has to be installed with at least DDDL 7.06 or up, then register your DDDL and DDL gets activated at the same time, if you don't want to use or install DDDL the you need to use DDL 6.45..

Tryed that I have ddrs 7.04 dct and dddl 6.45 ddrs 7 doesnt work on ddec 4 5. Unless thats a different version of sentenallkey.dll that I dont have.

Take a look at the attached picture. I use DDL(Diagnostic Link) and DRS(DDEC Reprogramming) for DDEC II, III, IV, and V. I think the version of the sentinel key I posted should work for your version of MBE Reprogram and DDEC Reprogram. I don't think DDRS 7 will work on DDEC IV or V(7 may read V, but not IV), that requires DRS(DDEC Reprogramming, yellow icon). If I'm not understanding you correctly let me know.

Greetings. I have a truck with a series 60 DDEC 4 that came factory with a super 10. I have replaced the transmission with a standard 10 speed and now i have a check engine light because the shift solenoid for the top two shifter is no longer present. Which Detroit sevice software can I use to disable the top two feature. I have DDDL6.4 and DD configuration tool. I could not seem to find this setting in either of these. If its there maybe someone could tell me where to look, If not can this be done with the appropriate DDRS?
Also if i could get a code for DDDL 6.4 with tool ID DMLCZM80 I would appreciate.
