DAS 03.2011 installation problem

Well I've tried to install DAS 03.2011, but some problems appeared. I'm using zolookas guide.
I'm formatting the partitions right. Putting good commonlic and das+xentry key. The installation starts, but after 30-40min the computer restarts. After that there is only installed StarBrowser, QuickTime, Symantec, .NET framework 3.5 SP1 and some other programs, but DAS isn't installed. And in my computer I can only access partition C:, others are hidden + the dvd drive
What should I do?

I ran into the same problem last night using Zalookas guide
trying to get 11-2010 installed. Still reading around for a solution. I then did a clean install again with 05-2010 and
it did the same thing. Not sure what is going on. Hopefully
a DAS/Xentry guru can tell me what I may have done wrong.

In your case I noticed with the later version it installs
the .net 3.5 SP1 from MS. My machine noticed that
change and kept asking to reboot about every 20 minutes.
I canceled each time it asked.
Next time I try I am going to use the WFPswicth.exe to
prevent XP from balking at system file changes that Xentry
does during install.

Here is microsoft cleanup tool uninstall netframework all versions

These MB installers tend to just write data even if it is already there.
On 05 through 09-11 it would install SP3 on computers that already had SP3 on them.

I guess it is worth a try.

On thing I noticed is my WiFi was on after the install and also the date had reverted to the real date.
I am going to give it a go again on Tues when I have some time off.

In 03.2011 I cant start DAS only say " Error 33.0 " " Star DAS via Xentry "

Any solutions ?

In the begging I've putted DAS and Xentry key. After the installation was ready. There was no Xentry installed, so I've installed it from DAS dvd. After that I've installed this fix for 03.2011 : http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f152/new-xentry-awesome-solution-162517/ but even with this fix DAS doesn't start. When I start the icon a picture is showing and after 20-30sec it's closing, without any errors or something. Am I starting 03.2011 solution at the right time? Any ideas?

run my fix before Installation ...check the Startkey in StarUtils and run again the installation.
After the installation run my fix and have fun!!!:deal:

Perfectly working. The 03.2011 solution didn't worked with my installations, but this is working.

You could explain a bit more how to use your tools. I just had a look at the archive files and one could assume you are talking about before DAS installation and after DAS installation files like with zolookas tools but you have several fixes within the "after SD installation" folder that you could explain more (not everyone reading this thread is even aware of the zolookas tools).

Is you advice to follow previously posted steps for Xentry?

the Xentry-start-fix is from zoolokas! Thanks to zoolokas:-)
The Smart-tan-fix is from impactops! Thanks to
impactops:-)
In the solution are many other fixs to work the 03.2011version perfectly!

The topic of the thread was "DAS 03.2011 installation problem", this issue does not look like one.

While we are here, are you able to start the virtual machine and what happens if you try to explore the E-drive? What about trying to repair the E-drive?

java.lang.excption:mux check failed. connected mux not allowed
at intern/ ablaufe/init task/ nod22
in file F/programme/xentry/mb_pkw/baureihe/212.gmf?
