Extract file from Archive into C:\Programme\DAS\smart, make sure you backup the original.

By replacing the file this allows you too use the old Smart Tan Calc.I have only tested it in sim mode for "Equipment Code" it appears to accept the code.

why bother doing that and not just remove the pass screen all together? which can be done for this aswell

Hi there, is there any solution about old tan generators, cause i want to use it with the original and locked MB Compact4!!
I saw a new tan gen at JC Recordings but he sell it about 350 GBP!!

There's no point buying anything mate, it is all about to change.You don't know what the changes will be bring.

Thanks for reply, but don't know if i was very understandable, what should be to do in case to calculate key teach in with an original Star Diagnosis which is locked and don't have the authority to change anything about the machine!! Is there a posibillity to make changes direct to tan generator so that to calculate properly again?

If you have an original star then you buy an original key from MB or buy a key/Keygen from your seller and tell MB that you have found an alternative to buy from.

See what they say!!!

These questions that you ask have been answered already on this thread and on others. But i believe you know this and that your job is too promote the JC cleaning services crew considering you joined DK before i did.

Just in case no one has worked it out yet

What i have done here is nothing special.Since the Tan algo is NOT incorporated in the function being performed it can be bypassed.All i have done is worked out which file this relates too (which was not hard to do) and used an older version of the file from 7.2010 which i had previously installed on another image.Since the algo is contained within that file then the old Smart Tan calc works.It is probably best to use the last version of that file where the old Smart Tan calc still worked which i assume would be 11.2010 that way it is newer than the version i have used and also my message will not appear.

Remember the file you are trying to extract was 2011 work----the author of that smartcsd file did one better in 2012----look five threads below this thread and that is the smartcsd file you want to extract/install(once installed all you have to do is click F2 and watch for the message)
