Hi, cheap yet most reliable, USB Willem GQ-3X, GQ-4X. Predecessor of parallel port board seems out of date.

Any of the 28dip will do. If you only need to use once then why buy a programmer. I will have a spare chip but not for maybe 12 days. If you are not in a hurry for it I will send to you. I can program it if you send me the file.

and he hase more computer from a rally 106 and so on.
he hase a Company fore fast citroens and peugeot and he want to expand so i bought a Willem GQ-4X for him.

If the chip WINBOND W27C512(-45Z) is available you may take this chip, it's more comfortable by electrically erasable feature and I hope your GQ-4X can do so.
