the VSS is the speedo sensor ......Vehicle Speed Sensor
either on the gearbox or uses the abs module and or the auto box
depending on system

engine speed is determined usually by crank sensor
tps throttle position sensor should be on the throttle body or tracks in the throttle actuator if fly by wire throttle

i presume the throttle flap is clean also as dirty flaps are a known issue when slowing down at lights.

Your fault code m8

P0501 Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal Coherence

is talking about the speed signal either from sensor or abs

can be caused by rough running though, not necesarely faulty sensor.

Id go for cleaning inlet like our friends are already said:top:

Ps. My hangover from friday has passed m8.

Hi

Also to add OBDMaster..... check the readings for the Lambda Sensors some time lazy Sensors can even cause this kind of faults and be hard to find............Also a Dirty MAP Sensor will cause this fault as well.........

After cleaning throttle flap you should do the alignment/adaptation procedure as well.
