Hi, I just work in it some days ago.
You can read it via k-line KKL cable and use st10Flasher (that I can't arrive to use it).
You must solder 1k between red dot and ground...
See picture... St10Flasher see my ST10F280 but I can't save dump, only on screen...
Tell me more if you can have more.

Hello. I solved the problem. When I use ST10Flasher version 2.4B i can't read the flash dump to hex file. I only can write the flash dump as text file. On windows 98 i got run time error 48. I found ST10Flasher version 2.02. This version works fine on windows xp. The flash dump reads to hex file without any problems. I write the readed flash to other ecu dcm1.2 i got two same ECU's. Both ECU's works fine, I tested today. Thanks for help. I post here the St10flasher version 2.02 and readed dump file. Best regards.

Hello Friends
This is very helpfull can anyone shed some light on what ready made interface will work with this?
Or is it better to make the K Line 925 in the rar above ?
Maybe Xprog can be used ?
Thanks guys.

Update: Made a flasher interface using the 925 diagram it works perefectly, even managed to utalise an old China OpCom housing :)

Hello
I have the same unit delphi.
but I need to connect to read the micro st10f280-b3 (991de) of ecu delphi
the switchboard is a Renault kangoo 1500 dci year 2007
the switchboard is delphi ref: 8200513076 - 8200582518
have tried to load cartography in the flash of the micro for obd and have blocked the ecu.
this ecu stores and save the flash and the eeprom in the micro
I have No car, so I can not do so by OBD and I need to load a new cartography through the micro.
the micro is not motorolla but ST reference: st10f280-b3 and mask 991de
in the micro can read the flash and the eeprom with programmer xprog - m
to make sure the connections and pinear in the right place and not annoy the micro. I've taken the micro data sheet and it does not coincide me.
as you've connected to read this micro and be able to read with the programmer xprog-m and make sure that forms the connections?
I hope your help
many thanks
