The fact that the pin number 7 OBD connector is not used in this cable.

The problem is this: under what number in MB 38 pin connector is K-line?
As far as I know L-line in the OBD at number 15.

Mercedes use a lot of pins for k-line, it depends on the ecu you want to scan.
pin 1 --- ground
pin 3 --- +12v
pin 4,5,6...36 --- k-line for engine, abs, srs....(look at the pinout you already posted)
pin 24,25,27,29,35,37,38 are not used

so you need to switch k-line (pin7 from 16-pin obd connector) to the needed pin from 38-pin connector.
I don't know if its the same with passthru.

Actia Passthru XS pinout this:

From my understanding you need following wiring:
Multidiag 25-pin ---- MB 38-pin
16 or 24 ---- 3
4 or 5 or 25 ---- 1
1 ---- 4 or 5 or 6...36 (24,25,27,29,35,37,38 are not used)

If your 25pin to 16pin passthru cable is correct (i don't think so since obd pin 7 is missing, should be connected to pin 1) you can use manual multiplexer (38 pin breakout box) to manually switch pin 7 to k-line of 38pin connector)

I think your cable should have connection:
PassThru 25pin--------to---------OBD
pin 1------------------------------7

That is the k-line on obd-connector.

Yes, i have seen that. But how can your interface communicate with k-line which is on pin7 on obd connector? The interface pinout (post #11) shows k-line on pin 1 (db-25 on interface). With your cable it goes to pin 8 (obd) and not to pin 7.

But the most strange thing is that your cable does not have pin 7 (obd) connected?

My question is: when connecting K-line (7 pin) 25db connector to pin 19 (Diagnostic module (OBD II) MB 38pin then will it be possible to do diagnostics of all units car?
