Best Diagnostic tool for Toyota!!

Hi All,
A friend of mine is looking for a diagnostic tool that works good on Toyota's.
He needs something that will work on 1995+ toyota's...e.g.
engine,abs,airbag etc.
I looking for some pointers before i go spending his hard earned Money...:)

think that is just similar Techstream but a chinese version

I know ICC pin code calc still works with mongoose

Mongoose MFC is the best (and cheap) option for new cars.

Mongoose (MFC) original recommended by Toyota cost ~495 USD
Mongoose (MFC) chinese clone cost ~60 USD

Also any PassThru device can be used with it for example:
AllScanner VCX ~250 USD
Actia PassThru XS G2 ~1100 USD
CarDAQ Plus cost ~1600 USD

Not had any problems yet. They said it's genuine and they are re-sellers.
