Can I use UPA or xprog-m for read/write MC68HC711E9?

Can't find it in support list. Do I read them as HC11 series?

none of favolite programmers, UPA, Xprog-m nor ETL HC711 supports programming EPROM area, may be possible with with some free SW (home made HW). the picture shows a UV erasable HC711E9.
