Yes!, in my pic, but not same pioneer model. My pic is from avh-7550dvd service manual. Flash memory is easy to find in your radio. Just look PCB. You need also a Flash reader/writer to do this job.

you can read this flash memory only with superpro or another programmator like this one!!!!!!!!!
beprog+ etc etc and u need a support tsop48 if ur flash memory have 48 pads
i hope i'm very clear

even if you read the flash, you will not find the password, perhaps with luck, this unit have OS, that mean the password can be stored anywhere inside of flash.
