Trying to compile a list of ECU's that users have had success with.
E.g. some say Opel EDC16 doesn't work right, some says it does.
So please contribute below and let us know what models you've had success with using version 2.0 :)

to remove Dpf correctly from opel/vaux edc16c9 requires a full BDM read and not a partial with MPPS for e.g
This is probably the reason you are getting mixed answers because technically they are both correct
Ecusafe 2.0 is garbage anyway, doesnt work properly, full of bugs

I know that it's buggy but it must work on some ECU's or nobody would be using it.
So is it safe to add Opel EDC16C9 (BDM read) to the working list?
Feel free to add more!

Hallo what you mean (you must manually disable or switch in)?
macxlulu
4th January, 2012, 09:59 AM
yes must remove manually
Yesterday I had the strange case a6 2.7 2007 tdi when switched off manually, it appeared not a software error and turned off one bit :) very strange:)
So we had to do ecusafe and manually turn off but the same regeneration

what you mean " manually " ? use ecusaf to remove dpf from flash , and manualy remove dpf from car ? or what do you do manualy ?

dpf it was impossible to turn off the switch in a flash -error software
so I had to use the ecusafe + winols manually disable maps in the regeneration in flash
I use google translator sorry

I've done today Vito 2.2 111 2006 dpf off at 1MB file edc16c3
in the case of MB ecusafe or Swiftech perfectly limp mode deletes
but if the problem is edc16c3 -3000 rpm and limp mode
ecusafe does not erase the failure mode, Swiftech just technical support We could not council ... still limp mode
manually turned off the all-limp mode and flash file.not work....
later, I started searching for a switch from dpf
after 40-50 try dpf switch managed to disable the switch in the flash
switcher found :) dpf off :)
of course, was not without interruption transmisi ,mpps and flashtec ecu not found recovery mode not work:) but good luck in edc16c3 reading OBD is the same as reading BDM:)
Beware of MB edc16c3
