How do you get remote to work on nec 051 keys. I got key file, added it to dump and the remote doesn't work but the car starts?

The remote does send rf signal and transmits the correct frequency when pressing the buttons, the light flashes correctly too (tested it via frequency tester on my nd900) 🤔

You need SSID, PWD and hash to start the engine, right?
For each vehicle, PWD is constant, SSID is constant, exept that all keys have a value of (SSID+x) correct?

And the main problem is to calculate the current (or the start hash) for each key?


So, for example, it is absolutely not possible to use two keys with (completely) different SSIDs?

I removed from the bottom but now will be harder to mount it back... I just plugged cables and check if customer's existing key is OK after reading and it is.

Yes I am aware if it. I converted the original file by the software utility of china prog but the device is just faulty, look how this capacitor looks.... I must buy new unit... For now I programmed original used chrome key with your file by another programmer and everything is fine, big thanks for help! :)

Yes, that's Right. Outside cpu is Ok. But Inside have error. So i write only outside dump to both cpu's in second hand EZS. Not unlock at once, but after few times steering lock unblocked, key can turning in EZS but no communication with stardiag, no lock EVL after key out and car don't start... Which CPU in EZS is for communication and which for key recognition and unlock key turn?

this is results of your unauthorized copy one dump to both MCU's :stupid:
why you not before ask, what you can doing and what not possible ? :(
why you not post the eeprom from inside MCU too ? and not ask about help with them ? :(
in the eeprom not only keys, but options of the car, ECU crypto code, ESL code :)
when you want to play with both MCU's dumps, then need to be synchronized !!! :)
try to coding options of the car with Star diag over HHT system, when you do this with MCu's dumps self ;) maybe this help.

Sometimes key is not recognised, usually this problem is gone when program key to other position, today I will try that.
Car have only one key, last used you see in dump.

Here I have other W203 EZS with strange problems, sometimes when put key ESL unlock, but when turn it to ignition nothing happends, with one of the keys it happends sometimes, but wtih other is very offten, should I try to program keys to other positions?

Indeed it is interesting why you have such a problem, I noticed some problem in your dump with key2 but all the others look OK
I have attached the other keys that where not calculated incase if you want to try with other key.
Since the esl unlocks everything going on before that is ok (key->ezs->esl) then esl->ezs should be ok to let you turn the key, then after that you should check maybe some contact stuff or so... ( the stuff messing your mind with one key or other are they the same type nec, Motorola ???)

i think, when you enabled keys only in EZS dump, then this step is not enough, you need to enabled the keys in the ECU too... :listen:

Car is gone, a friend of mine helped me for key dumps, it was enough to enable only in EZS, this happends very often on that type of EZS. There is no keys in ECU, they are verified in ESL too.

why not FF ? password can contain any bytes from 00 to FF :-) in all combinations ;)
isn't everydays 00 or FF in passwords, but i think can contain this bytes...

1. both MCU dumps have hash errors :(
2. next time calculate key dumps from outside MCU eeprom content :listen:

Yes, I aggree errors in processors. I was not sure there are any, I thought maybe EZS is bad, car had no working keys. So I changed EZS.
Could you please repair, erase all keys, if possible? Let me know what I can do for that.

in my dumps are all key free and unused, you can use any what you want...nothing is disabled, no any errors there. EZS is personalised and activated :listen:

and don't play with swap MCU from one EZS to second, is enough one soldering fault or damage some small parts near of MCU and the right function not coming any time :(
this EZS need carrefully and precise work on them :listen: to get at end 100% function ;)

when i work yesterday with this old type EZS, was part number A210.545.01.08,
then in teach case OLD BIG motorola key, then when i reprogramm erased key and use it first time with new dump back in EZS
first use: key light on and stay light...nothing more happen't - i wait 10 secs for example and remove out
second use: key LED flash slowly ON - OFF - ON - OFF....nothing more happen't - i wait 10 secs for example and remove the key out again
third use: key LED light ON - 1 secs, light OFF and EZS now unlock - allowed turning key and its teaching process finished.
all others next use are ok....

second key was the same type, old BIG Motorola key, the same results...

third key to use with this EZS/car was BE key, there little results difference, because the key after learning still LED light ON and not changed to OFF, then i must changed the key status from unused to used manualy directly in his dump and then finished too...all 3 keys success teached to this old EZS type :listen:

Hi DK,
Have a w210 EIS that a friend sent me. It is doing wierd things.. When you power it up, the solenoid clicks and clicks and there is no IR output.. Took the chips off of that EIS and soldered them onto another W210 EIS, the EIS now puts out IR, and it is the same SSID, but I can't seem to be able to program keys that will work... I have read both the chips on the EIS, 1 is the outside chip and 2 is the inside chip.. Could someone look at these and tell me if there is errors in the files??? I am using Xprog to read the chips. Everytime I read chip 2, it comes up with errors when it trys to validate the data, is that normal? I have been told to leave the 2nd chip blank and just write to chip 1 and when you power up the EIS it will transfer data from chip 1 to chip 2.. Any thoughts on that?
