Space star 2001 use transponder ID44 , use PCF7935 to generate key ready to start car .
you don't need to write back eeprom dump .

Hi guys, today I run into Mitsubishi Space Star 2001 situation with all keys lost as one of my locksmith mates had it in his shop. I read 93C56 of the black box (the car was diesel), used Zed Bull to write the new transponder and no luck, the car did not start.
I used EFFI to verify the dump and it auto-detected it was the Mitsubishi BOSCH box, so I guess the read dump is OK. Any ideas? Maybe a deffective transponder? These are from a batch which I was unable to write with AK90 but with Zed Bull it seemed to work. Any ideas? I will probably try to write a verified working PCF7935 transponder tomorrow, but if anyone had some idea, I would appreciate as I am no expert in these Mitsubishi things.

In the list it shows either ID44 or ID60. Both from 1999.

This one definitely had ID44, the customer had broken the transponder apart, that is why we were trying to make a new one. We are going to the car later this afternoon to test again as the data written to the new transponder is different from the data written to the previous one, which was from a weird batch.
EFFI also show that it is ID44 (PCF7935AS) by the dump

I am back from the car and yes, the first ID44 transponder was defective. The first read 93C56 was absolutely OK.
