I still encounter the same problem with the new softwareversion (error 9 after 5 unlocking attempts) - i guess this only applies to ID48 Crypto Magic1 versions, the Magic2 transponders can be unlocked without problems (like with ZedBull software)
Sierra - can you tell if it's possible to unlock Magic 1 ID48 transponders too?
That would be a great feature for your fabulous software !

You can not produce a working pcf7936 from dump,you need a TPX4 chip,all PCF7936 have unique serial number your car does not recognize this therefore you have to program them in,and if your pickup coil does not work so you cant do this.

i dont understand your problem,simply load dump into module 42,make transponder programming and he will automaticly write crypto hi-lo and switch it to crypto mode,than you get pin code and with any tool like ad100,sbb,clip pcf7936 will be progammed without problems,all of this and exactly sierra sw module tested and report yesterday,than it work for 100%!!!

if you program pcf7946 no need preparing crypto pages,only page 6 for remote sychro functions

If your dump is badly readed, then original ZedBull can't recognize it, also I think is same with effi.

Also, I done around 50 of these Clio's, original ZedBull didn't made one mistake with pin and PCF preapare...


So when you opened dump and software didn't recognize it, you had to read eeprom again, not to force destroying PCF7936

i wrote same, its not worked for me too, what country are you from ?
in hungary (central eu), clio2 phase3/4 never sold with simple key w/o remote , also renault dealers warned , dont order key w/o remote, becouse they cannot match it with clip , only radio remote!
maybe some countrys sold clio with different uch type which accept keys with 7936 inside. i done same on twingo , i matched 7946 key also 7936 key together .

thats impossible,hitag2 can be unlocked only if you know crypto hi-lo bytes exactly from dump from what is used,no one chance on other way to be unlocked...

I just tried it on a good known EWS 3 dump and it gave me the option. Maybe your dump is bad.
Search the forum and see if you can find a good dump here to check that option again, if not then I can upload my good dump so you try.

Just remembered something and i wanted to share this here, of course many guys know this fact. Tango prepare the Delphi BSI (93C86) Dump for Grande Punto 2008+ directly to start the car, however Original Keytool by Abrites and Zedbull both need adaptation by diag tool

Yeah, I noticed. In TMPro such dumps are defined as ID33. But in the original Zed-Bull is also defined as 4C, so I left this :)

According to the Silca car key guide, the Starlet 1997-1999 is ID33. Someone tried to use Zedbull to program 4C from dump. Car did not start. Car started with ID33 data. It was on this thread:

Thanks for helping me. Problem was I read eeprom like 8bit, but when I read it like 16bit version, everything happened as it should. First I erase Keys with EFfI and then I add it with EFfI, car starts without problem.

Sierra m8, why not do paid software, I mean that everyone who gets to install Internet activation code for two installations at a price. I mean if you paid for the software and use it on any installation to check it in your database that is used a code if you are entitled to benefits again if used twice must pay.

the idea is to stop the illegal sale, use the software because I can not afford an original hardware not to sell it to me is more profitable to buy the software Sierra instead of the original hardware. cheers:beer:
