If is happened just one time after you launc for first time the program YES is normal but if happened each time wen you load app , then I think i not normal :fisheye:

if you used alreday old verison autocom, for use interface you need make frimware update:
connect interface to car .( for power )
setting , hw test , it wll have a message ask about frimware update .
clict to ok and it wll make frimware update.
you need wait few minute for frimware update.
( when is make frimware update ,dont close software or dont remove power ,etc )
then you can use autocom 2011 release3

OR:

"Failed to load vehicle selection application will shut down"

Solution: DELETE/REMOVE from
C:\Documents and Setting\All Users\Application Data\Autocom folder those:

About Cars: 113_Cars CDP_V2_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
About Trucks: 113_Trucks CDP_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and then simply run again the main.exe from each S/W! Enjoy!

I write again my experience with autocom 2011.3 and update3= 2011.3.3.
After intalled autocom and it will shut down without loading car list, just delete the mentioned files in precedent post.
If instaling update 3 and software not shuting down but gave you No VCI when read DTC, but "real data" works good, just uninstall it, delete all files and folder, and registry too(Run-> regedit - search autocom)
After that, install again 2011.3 and install update5=2011.3.5 if you want.With update5 i don't have problems.

After install all, if you want to connect directly on bluetooth, and "test faild", try in the first time to sincronyze the interface on cable.After that try BT.
If you have and old BT conection with autocom, and "test faild", just remove that conection, and create new one.
ALL will be fine after this.

Have a nice time without conection error.

Perhaps it can be read from VCI, but I do not know how.

Hi, i have a problem with Autocom CDP for Cars pocket PC version. i have program ( 1.25.0) but i dont' know ID, Hardware key and serial number. For PC version my id ID is a-710-479, Hardware key MNZTTOOCNHVE and serial number 30250.
who have ID, HW and SN for Pocket PC version ? and then how can i activate ? on HTC touch pro 2 i have an error with bluetooth, while on HTC Universal i haven't. it's very nice if with PDA we can use autocom :)

Yes true but I can communicate with the ET 2009c with the communicator adapter II and III but with the ET 2011B I can not quite communicate it detects the modules of the machine but in front of the modules module type not supported and you can not connect to the machine friend you know how to solve this problem

Friend looks you have working for ET 2011B I install and communicate with the machine and run it until all the troubleshooting because I'm having several problems with the 2011B I calls it, and it detects the machine but does not enter the control modules and time installing it I estraio the two files for troubleshooting work on CTB folder and does not work please help me want to run it with the SIS.
Note: I am using the 2009c it communicates with both the communicator Adapter II and III troubleshooting but still can not work.
