BMW R1200GS Adventure Mileage

Hi,

I am killing myself with this bike.
Mileage in cluster is easy job and second mileage is in BMSK (ECU)
If they don't match, mileage in cluster blinks.
So far i can edit the mileage in BMSK, and cluster, but mileage still blinks.
And it is not possible to make sync at the dealer,to make it stop blinking.
I can also make them both as with 000000 km/mls on it and cluster does NOT blink, but mileage is 0 (counting from new).
So i was wondering if there is anybody who wants to give it try?

Maybe i missed something obvious and somebody else will spot it.

Never done one but you can try this... I doubt about the last instance, if it not works change the last instance to original. Adress 114D49 .... If that not work drive some km and read post dump again. Must be a checksum then. Good luck.

I have 2 more readouts at different odometer value.
But as you will see, it is funny how datablocks are moved around the file...

It is a miracle! Never saw this before, looks like they copy blocks to another location. Will take some time to sort this.
Can be trip data.

i also took it to 00000 and drove it for 1037km around.
Look also at this file...it has 1037kms on it.
I reseted both trip data 1 and 2 to 00 before readout.
Every time you start the bike, datablocks are moved around.
Maybe it has something to do with eeprom emulation in the flash.
It is pain in the ass doing compare...everything is on different adresses...

And i read BMSK back just to see how the datablocks have moved around, i found another 4 locations with old mileage, which did not exist in previous version !! ??
Check the file "flash_bmsk_52100(52096)_read_after_test" and search for old mileage value which is 040C...

once again
what about mileage when next service occurs? it seems to me that is important (needs to be changed), as far as I know service indicator can be only adjusted between 0 and 10.000km so that might be the problem...
I work in BMW dealer and try to do my own bike...

I need some help about this problem.. Ive 2012 R1200GS TripleBlack . I had an accident 6 month ago and I finally finish make my bike ride again. But I have problem with instrument cluster blink problem. I bought used instument cluster which was remowed from 2012 R1200GS and it now blinks and ABS not activating due to differencies between KM (as service and dealer says). I went to dealer today and they said "we cannot do." Could you help me to the fix my km to original. I can remember my km almost ~61500 and I want to make new my new instument cluster same with whats in ecu. Can you help me to fix ? What/Which tools are need to do?

Mileage in vluster is copied to main ECU, all bmw models bikes does that (all that i worked on). You have to desolder eeprom from main ecu and read jt post it here.
