Hello,
I have for repair carradio Ford 6000CD Visteon 3S7T-18C815 -AC with MCU ST92F150CV1QB. There is no sound from power amplifier. Amplifier is OK. Signal is only on inputs to the electronic volume IC. I think, defect in EEPROM or FLASH in MCU ST92F150CV1QB. Does anybody know where is problem?? Need working software for this MCU. Please help.

no it is not problem in volumen control ic try already have 4 radios with same problem but dont have good flash for this radio problem is in mcu
so if anyone have good flash or eeprom for this mcu i can try

This is software fault in ST92 chip. You need programmer for this memory, dont need to change audio IC/volume control at all.

Ford Radios based on ST92 - NO Audio Repair

Some units have problems with "no audio" after disconnecting car battery or other faults.

Headunit is working but the volume output is very low (almost quiet).

How to check if it's radio software problem ?- hold on buttons 3 and 6 and turn on radio, it will check audio amplifier on each channels

make an sequence test of speakers (3+6 button)!! if you can hear sound, than you have problem into ee part of MCU!!! it is damaged...but, unfortunately ee part is locked...as well as I know, only Garik Baza ST programmer can change this eeprom content but v3 version of programmer. I do not know for others.
