HEX difference transfer, how to?

I will try to explain what i want to do. I have two ecu dumps. original and modified. doing file compare with any program, i can see differences. Is it possible, to copy just all differences in modified file and transfer them to third dump from another car. i know i can change byte by byte, but looking for solution to do it in couple movies. any good program for that? Thank you

I'm sure there's a program somewhere on here (DK) that does exactly that. "Orig File # Modded File > Offsets+Differences >> Insert into Next File" sort of thing. Unless I'm cracking up.

hi, i have winols, but his program is too difficult for me yet. yesterday spend hours in dk looking for any suitable program then hours trying to do it with winols... still have no idea how to do this :(

You must at first load the original file and after that the modified file. Winols will identifi the maps, if your files is from ecu. after that you can save the project and close it. you must now open only the modified file and import the tird file. Now you can use the import changes option from winols.

if you copy all differences from one file to another at final you have just a copy. Maybe you don't what copy all differences, in this case you must know what you what copy. Don't forget the checksum, I think you need winols.

oh i get headaches with that. was trying how tehnosoftex said, but anyway was unable to do what i want. Then tried just open modified file from one car and ori from another. and was trying just transfer map values from modified to ori, but then managed that same maps stored in different lines, so transfer goes not exactly to map... now im confused, winols will kill me soon. another thing, modified file has less maps than ori file, is it possible?

tested a trial version of Hexcmp2, can only be a byte transfer. possible for, for example, one line?
