Hi everybody.

Has anybody deal with the problem on OPEL VIVARO 1.9CDTI , ECU 0281 011 529

Car starts and after while turns off. RJ without fault. Fuel pressure ok.

Maybe problem with ECU. I opened it and looks ok.

Has anyone solved this problem?

THX

THX[/QUOTEfor the short time it will take to change swap engine control relay, sounds like a sensor but i would have thought it would leave fault.

Timing ok. Wiring ok. ECU looks like not giving voltage on injectors.

I have had the similar problem in the past and had to change ECU.

I just want to know if I need to code injectors to make the car works? (if ECU doesnt ask for maintenance of injectors)

I will be thankful for any ideas...

P.S. engine is the same as in renault traffic II 1.9dci

Hi mate. Have a look at the maf sensor. Try disconnecting it and see if it runs regardless of no faults. Also check the wiring from the maf to the ecu. Worth a try

MAF disconected
Same.
I have new ECU
I will try it...

Try checking the injectors with a multimeter (for shortcircuit )and go back(towards ecu) and inspect the cables of each injector. Somewhere you should fund the fault. To check more...try to start engine with one injector unplugged , than try with another...and so on.

Perhaps thread should be moved to conspires, incase above poster is a time traveler

Try disconecting AC pressure sensor... That little devil can mess up the voltage on all sensors, tho it should leave faults in ECU... Try it, cant hurt
