im ordred autocom from china and on instalacion cd is trojan virus

to install you need to turn your internet an firewall/anti virus off till your activated an up and running
that alert is a false positive don't worry as once your finished with the contents of it you can remove dvd an turn everything back on
i recomend you use 2011.1 first before you try any other software for that first initual firmware flash

I get with Autocom Installation CD, after installation not need activation .problem is when test VCI connection test is failed I dont now what to do im reinstal maybe 20 times . NO VCI FOUND. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPP

did you test vci when plugged to vehicle via obd ?

need more info was it working before ?
did you use the right serial and hardware id ?
did you test with obd2 connected to car an laptop/pc ?
check driver installed?

1. I get the Autocom with Autocom Installation CD, after installation not need activation. My problem is when test VCI connection test is failed. NO VCI FOUND.
2. Yes, i use the serial and hardware id original of Installation CD, i have one oiginal stiker for truck with ID for PC, Hardware key PC and Serial Number.
3. I just try connect with iveco truck, and get the some rproblem,
4. I remove the usb driver and reinstall.,

do you see autocom vci in devices and printers?
what serial did you use
when you setup vci in software first time make sure you use the usb cable an plug to 12v then update firmware

Yes i see the autocom in bus (USB) and Port COM & LPT, the VCI is in COM 3, i try to change another port but i get the some problem.
How connect to 12V?

obd2 to vehicle ie car never update via bluetooth
when you connected to truck did any leds light up ?

i had similar problems my copy of windows wasnt legit and up to date all the dot net stuff ..just saying after it fixed all my issues with a similar device
