Launch X431 Diagun III how to register

im stuck with Launch X431 Diagun III ,just received it 3 days ago, the supplier send me only the dealer code and when i want register the product ,i put product type ,sn,dealer code and i put an password from me then a message appered (Password input error)
do you know what password should i use?

then may your machine have not prepared . so you need ask your supplier make the launch office let you have the authority

they told me that they opened the authourization for me

Ask them what is it then as they shouldn't have opened it at all that's for the customer
would you kindly tell us where you purchased the item for future references if that's what they are at ?

i ordered the Diagun III without boxes and the supplier forgot to send me the paper that have password for registration ,i ask him for the password he checked the boxes and send me the password

what a careless supplier. the Diagun III has box with password letter.
Before my seller send me Diagun III, they record my machine serial number. After I get Diagun iii, I tell them to open my authority, only after I get authority can I go to x431 website to register and download the software and with the car make, otherwise I only have OBDII protocol.

Right now LAUNCH X431 still holding sales promotion for x431 diagun 3 ,x431 master , may next week will rise up 10%

Where did you buy Diagun III?
If you bought directly from China, and it is equipped only with DEMO and OBD2 soft,
most likely you'll have access to other programs only in Chinese.

Yes only preloaded with obd n demo
You need register your unit only to download sw etc

No one knows no one can tell me either
It's a pain to not know as I want to sell these locally
I would think $500-$600
But by then it might be worth buying new if the costs of new unit doesn't sky rocket

You must use the update tool!
Cannot just download and copy to card
Serial is added to files with update tool

When I changed my device language to chinesse, I can select car models, but all menu, fault codes, parameters chinesse language, in english I can't see icons, and can't select it.In launch website I can download just chinese language cars soft.Where I can find english?Seller do not respond to my messages.

Check icons in folder that there not icon-cn
If so delete -cn

did you use update tool to update the software to your tf card?
if so,you shall sure the software you downloaded is English not Chinese..

Tested older Toyota today 22 pin petrol as well as diesel
Both not work
Gave stupid figures
Seems not good on older cars
Maybe because its dbscar or software incompatible
Till now not to happy with it as our market is alot of non obd connectors etc

Like I said many times; old model is still the best decision.It have all functions like model III, cheaper, proven hardware and a lot cheaper update also user have many ways for update the device.
Especially cracked firmware in smartbox ;)
So think twice befor spending money on new model III !

bought directly from china from a friend who visited the main company, they have no skype only email

Think these need activated to ip before they leave china plus if your friend collected in person you should have got all the needed info including dealer code

You can't buy at Launch
Who did you buy it from tell truth?
What did you pay etc

Diagun 3 performing poorly on older models mainly non obd 2 connectors
Launch sort out your software as the older 2 was actually good!

You will have big problems even if you have dealer code
You can try 86A or 86K
But if account was never activated you still can't get updates and I cannot find a way to get around this issue

Dealer code is useless if Dealer does`t register you serial number!

Use the update tool very first on top of list or look at the one click update , that's new not used it before

"CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DEALER" something wrong with software in most cases Software serial number doesn***729;t mach with smartbox serial number.
