Opel Corsa C Keys

Hallo

My customer want a spare key for Corsa C (without remote)
My question is.
I want to start exploring the locksmith world, so I want to try (if possible)
to buy a spare blank key with transpoder, but not from dealer.
Which type of transpoder are inside the original key?
The transpoder must be pre-coded?
I have a original carpass and some usueful hardware to try the work.
I own AVDI TagKey tool, SBB, T300 and Zedbull clone, OP-Com.
It's the first time i'm trying to do something and i hope to find some useful info
(if possible).
Please be patient and don't smile too loud reading my questions. :)
So the definitive question is:
Can you provide me the correct procedure and info to do this job?

I think this car uses id 40 chip. And t300 can do it. Also i guess it requires pin code

Use one of theses chips:

Program with your op com.
Follow the instructions as its coding and do exactly as it says and all will be fine.
Your security code is on your car pass.

Use ID40 and add key with opcom. 2 minute job to do.

you can do this whole job with just t300 or op com, a few mins work is all you need.

The MVP can read mechanical key code and the security code from a corsa c or combo. you could have done this without the car pass ??

Its in the eeprom menu of the IPC.
