I have problem with renault kangoo 1.9 d it doesn't start.
The old fuel pump was stuck and has broke of the belt and bent few valves.
I fixed all of that and placed used fuel pump, the problem i have now is yellow box with zig zag lines in it on dash board, i don't know if this was present before and if this is the problem.

I have loosen the the pipes that go to injectors but no fuel on injectors.

Any help?

That means you have some fault codes, blended air from system before start ?

Haven't checked for fault codes will see tomorrow, fuel system is free of air, and no fuel to injectors while cranking.
Does it have to do anything with immo on this lucas pump?
Immo light goes off only this yellow zig zag light on dash.

Check fuel pump stop solenoid is opening when ignition is on if not probably immobilizer fault

Remember my brothers kangoo diesel 99 had some faultcodes from immo in fulepump, so maybe you have to swap PCB, IF its possible.
We dident try fix that car, just tested new diagnose equipment.
Iknow it was a starting problem car from begining and he put a external fuelpump to help the in engine pump to make pressure. That did help.

How can i get to stop solenoid it is under a metal cover.
Is the stop solenoid connected some how with immo?
It has 3 wires that go to it, and is it possible to bypass the immo by putting direct positive feed to one of this wires and if yes to which one.
They are all black one with red label one with green and other just black on the other end of the connector.
And if i put the old stop solenoid do you think that this might solve this problem, because the car had not have this kind of problems before the pump change.

Where is the fault codes ?
You can do funny busines with the old pump on bench.

Un mont pump from the engine,,, Cut metal top cover, uses a solenoid with one contact, give +12 volts if the pump is OK ,,,,motor switches instantly, without IMMO code of course

There is no point starting to pull pumps off and cut things off until you read fault codes, could be something as simple as crankshaft sensor unplugged etc.

Nice, similar to VP pump "repair" and fix.
