The main processor seems to be a Motorola 683xx (also known as CPU32) family model. On the chip there's written the following markings:
185 16233970 G70JYQQHT0106D The ECU software is stored on an 4 MBit sized 8/16-bit Flash memory chip manufactured by AMD, Am29F400BT-90SI. There is a coprocessor from Philips, a P83C592FHA/019. It's an 8-bit 8051-based microcontroller with a CAN (Controller Area Network) module. As the CAN physical line driver there's a Intel AN82527. RAM memory is done by two 32 KBit SRAM chips (U62H256S1K). There's also a special component that would appear to be a barometric pressure sensor. On top of the component is written 16238669 . :joyous:

Inf from forum: (I think it's a MC68339, but i might be wrong. have checked 68330,31,32,33,34,35,36 and 38. no match. (40, 41, 49, 60 do not fit either). Do you happen to have datasheet for the 68339? The only clue it has ever existed is a datasheet of an Agilent CPU32 probe that claims to give support for many uCs including the 68339. Freescale support denies knowledge of MC68339 nor 16233970 and they do not give support on old legacy parts. That's it. Motorola is notorious for the speed they take down all "outdated" info :(
Is there anything particular you want to know about this MCU? ) I Hope it helps a little :pepsi:
