This is my Original Dump File IN MILE Not KM, with tachosoft i can not because its marks only Kilometers as I can change kilometer to miles? Please someone I edit the original dump with 75000miles as it did tell me

Think you have to change mileaged in dash to 0 and write new mileaged in bcm.

the BCM is in the footwhel on passenger side, make sure donot disconect the gray harnes that is ovet the bcm, if you do it the radio will get loock and the Crankshaft Angle Sensor Error relearn procedurae has to be perform.

The correct procedure is to have the dash in 0 once is ready do not connect it leave alone or apart, move over the BCM you will find a 2504 sot-25 5

read it recalibrate and you are ready to go, the very moment you open the ignition key the magic is done.

I'm prety sure you car is not 2005 for sure.

Hi mate, you must edit 2 modules, first edit your dash with eeprom 93c56 to 0, then edit Bcm with eeprom 25040 with mileage you want.

What are you reading and trying to write with?

Try as 95040 :)

You're confusing the issue here, you need 105000 miles but your file is 373000 Km?

What are you trying to read and write it with? What programmer are you using?

lol I can tell you this, it is not writing the original back, if it was it would write the modified file.

Try carprog as 95040.

if your original km returns, because you have not edited the dash..... read eeprom 93c56 from dash and upload here, then use carprog and read Bcm 25040 = 95040... they are the same.

did you ever figure this out, i am trying to read the same bcm chip and cant get it to read with my vvdi. read any other chip fine. and i read the cluster from this vehicle fine.
