Skoda Octavia (VAG) Speedometer all gauges/needles gone dead... anyone know fix?

I have 2007 Octavia with this problem and know it is common but don't know the fix...

In many cases when this happen in Mirconas cluster it is Flash or eeprom coropted. Unless you have burn components on board. I suggest you inspect board for burn components first.
