I need wiring diagram to read MC68HC908AZ60(2J74Y) with xprog-m. Can anybody help me?

You have wiring diagram in xprog doc files. It is better to desolder mcu and read it onboard.

Yes but I read here (http://mhhauto.com/Thread-xprog-all-wiring-modification?highlight=xprog) that have special wiring diagram which avoid any risk read our motorola. And in xprog software I can't find in device (v5.0) this mcu MC68HC908AZ60(2J74Y). Have only MC68HC908AZ60A(3K85K)

The best wiring diagram which avoid any risk of reading motorola is to desolder and read onboard :joyous:.

Forget ETL, ORANGE or any other tool for 2j74y, Darius made it for xprog and it realy rocks...
