Yes you need to probably do the readaptions via opcom or Tech2
Make sure both front wheels are off the ground.

Well you could always put a clutch pedal and gear linkage into it.
You will need to drill a hole for the reverse light switch.
Scrap all that I would try the touchpoint adaptions first.

Did one recently where the clutch cover had a crack running round it. New clutch and touchpoints etc cured it.

have you and oil sucker ? if u have used that to suck fluid out .....
autocom says this ,,
Has an emergency opening been performed on the clutch, the ignition must be switched off and on again after approximately 5 seconds for the clutch to be regulated.
After completed function check and erase any trouble codes.
Test prerequisites:
Ignition on, engine off.
Brake fluid filled to "MAX".
Brake bleeding tool.
Procedure:
Install the brake bleeding tool and attach vent hose.
Start the function.
Follow the instructions in the program.
Exhortations that will come up during the programming:
Attach the bleed reservoir to the bleeding screw. Connect the brake bleeder (set 2 bar) to the brake fluid reservoir.
Put on the brake bleeder, open the bleeding screw until clear and bubble-free brake fluid is visible.
Close the bleeding screw.
Remove the brake bleeder.
Fill the brake fluid reservoir's clutch side to the maximum level.

have u used any diag software ?
autocom says u need to reset clutch
After replacing the transmission, the clutch module or the clutch module with MTA-controller, touchpoint adaption must be performed.
Note:
After completed function check and erase any trouble codes.
Test prerequisites:
Ignition on, engine off.
Procedure:
Start the function and follow the instructions in the program.
Exhortations that will come up during the programming:
Start the engine.
Turn off all power consumer units.
Press down brake pedal and hold.
Apply handbrake.
Gear level in N- position.
Put the gear selector in position 'A' in 4 seconds.
Release brakepedal.

Taking down the gearbox I think it s the actuator in the gearbox its feeling to bleed

17th March, 2014, 07:48 PM
so you recon its concentric clutch actuator for thrust bearing sticking and or refusing to bleed ? if so box back out and test these are also prone to sticking on the slide inside gearbox (thrust bearing slide)
don007
17th March, 2014, 07:54 PM
It's refusing to bleed that why I think it's the concentric

there is option for all actions such as bleeding,,gears and clutch adaption ,,,by op-com and you can do that 100 times , that is just the matter of your time . first check for error code then do the other jobs.
don007
22nd March, 2014, 11:48 PM
As you can see above the error code is p1734 only I have done it with op com it doesn't work I have the 2110 one I have tryed with autocom same thing

Is the brake lights working ok? Can you hear the motor running with ign on? Have you checked ALL fuses? Do you have any other fault codes in other modules? Check the crank sensor, they send the easytronics crazy when faulty.

For the dtc P1734, maybe the shift module gone bad.
