W203 Mileage Correction After EZS Change (1J35D)

I need help please. I changed EZS on W203 C240. My Car starts fine i just need to get dash to stop showing -----. Can Anyone help please. Instrument ESL and ECu is from original Car. Ezs was 2nd hand. i made 2 keys for it and it starts fine. i just need dash sorted.

Attached is the EZS KM dump and 93c86 form the Dash. MCu on ezs is 1J35D and 93lc86 The dash old reading was 190 000km i am not sure what ezs old km was. If i could please have this set on 190 000km again please i would appreciate. I have tried with Liznick NYO and Tacho soft but no luck.

You need to flash dash to stop sync wit EZS.

odometer need key id,writte dash to 0 km and learning to eis after have you km

You must put 0km in dash,and you have in dash,adaptation,authorization to drive

do you files i can try . i have star yes to adapt problem is to make dash 0km how? Can anyone assist? im giving car to customer to use over weekend as its a long weekend here is south africa. i will appreciate any help gents need to see the back of this car.

The dash one was not correct mate .. but it is now :)

yes mate .. it should work .. the dash has no km's .. but I reset you ezs to 190k ..anyway :)

please can you give breif instruction of coding with star...
i have one to code ,never used star but have access to one..

Hi its easy just go to ins then say initial startup and follow the prompts. Do this with all eaffected modules during coding and star will do the rest. Good Luck !!!

It should be a 93C86. And as far as I remember it's on the other side of that same board.

You must read ezs and tacho, and change mileage

Hi, you have the eep on the other side of the board
You have to remove the eeprom and read-it with an eeprom reader.
Then you can use hex-work to change the file. Send me the file if you want.

I have Star SDS, I have a w203 and I ve fitted a brand new W209 cluster.
Everything work. But it shows dashes -----
I tried to sync both cluster and EZS but now the EZS shows 1600000 KM and cluster shows 999999 KM.
I need to make dump from EZS and cluster but I dont know which programmer will work!
Can you recommend a cheap one that will work with both cluster and EZS.

What about Ssid number? Did you put the same from EZS in dash?

I am new to this and I have no idea.
The key turns and the car works and everythings OK.
The only problem is the dashes ------
I need to flash the dash and block sync between dash and ezs, and then program the dash to the real mileage, that's what I ve understood.
The problem is I have no idea what Hardware/ Software to use.
