Hi there
What programmers do you guys use for immo, flash eeproms, etc. I'm looking for a all in one sort of programmer.

So far I've looked into

Beeprog, willem gq-4x, wellon vp890, top2049. Xprog, upa USB.

What do you guys personally recommend and use?

Thanks

Xprog or UPA are werry good tools for eeproms and processors
Beeprog is best for flashes.

I don't recommend wellon Programmer it's ok for eeproms but not good with nand flashes ( can't handle bad sectors). Better to buy beeprog.

I think that all in one programmer is not a good solution...every programmer has bugs...I use this combination:UPA,X-prog,Willem

Problem is the cable printer port new pc don't supply. I have arlab with serial port works on everything. Yes they make cards that convert the port but issue or bugs in programing. True usb universal eeprom are hard to find, some claim to be but aren't . Galep5 was my chose but heard there back up with adding new device and no motorolla.

i use upa and x-prog mor some eeproms (like 5p08 and 93xxx series ) and mcu , and minipro TL866 for others + flashes like 29f400 ,29f800 and until now all work great ,never failed me .
And orange 5 but this is for other cases like immo and crash clear and radio codes :)

Tl866cs or tl866a good programmer I have the open source for the firmware. If you ground out c23 your over current protection will shut down. These will let you read in-circuit, providing the current to power up the board.

i heard for beeprog 2 you have to buy for eg. Tsop 13 different adapters, where with beeprog 1 just one was needed. but it is discontined, Dataman and BK precision are using the same sw as elnec

i need good flash programmer i have now galpe4 but i am a litte disappointed with it special on TSOP48

which programmer can you recommend where i not have to buy for every chip a new adapter

old labtool 48xp uses 1 adapter for tsop48 and adapter also works in old up48a programmer too (which is usb)
newer labtool48uxp's are usb and lpt so can use either.
