Totalkey, what country are you in? American Trailblazer, 2005, does not have a transponder, I double-checked in Mike Hyde's autosmart book. I don't know about world versions on this. I'm really interested where they do have it as transponder vehicle. Same with Avalanche.:joyous:
Also my little GMC Savannah van that I use for my work van, which is the same base setup.

If you have a PK3+ key blank, it's ready to go. Try turning on ignition 3 times, 10 minutes each. I think it's that way for all PK3+ keyed vehicles. To add a key, you will need 2 original, just like ford. If not, you can use the 3x10 procedure, cycle all new keys in while still in program mode.

3x10 will work, so will Tcode. Your key is likely the problem, precoded PK3+ key blank is cheap. PK3+ vehicles show up here in the USA, sold in Canada with PK3+ system. If you have Tcode, use that, 3x10 can fail on numerous attempts, but normally works.
Good luck my friend....
This came from the keyline manual for PK3+:
ON-BOARD
PROGRAM 2001+ GM Pass-Key III+ System
(Easily identified by a “2” or “3” in first position of VIN number or a ‘ + ’ stamped on the blade)
ORIGINATE A NEW MASTER KEY (Master Keys must be used):
1. Properly cut a new GM Master Key.
2. Insert the new key into the ignition and turn it to ‘ON’ position. The ‘THEFT’ light will go on for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Once the light goes out, repeat step 2, two more times.
4. When the ‘THEFT’ light goes out, this indicates successful programming.
PROGRAM A SECOND KEY:
1. After completing the last step for the first key, insert a second Master Key and turn to the ‘ON’ position within 20 seconds. Once the light goes out the
key is programmed.
2. Repeat the previous step for programming up to 12 additional keys.
ADD A DUPLICATE KEY (Requires two working keys):
1. Insert an original key into the ignition and turn ignition to ‘ON’.
2. Once the ‘SECURITY’ light goes out, remove the key.
3 Insert the second original key and turn the ignition to ‘ON’.
4. When the ‘SECURITY’ light goes out, remove the key.
5. Insert the new key and turn the ignition to ‘ON’.
6. Once the ‘SECURITY’ light goes out the new key has been successfully programmed.

In my country pk3+ is id48 and is not the same as USA I think
And I think even if I left the ign on for 10 min with chip less key it should turn immo light off

If you can get TCODE Totalkey, I would try that if you can't get 3x10 to work. The PK3+ is ID48 here too, but you're dealing with a euro model, that may have a different system as you say. Sorry I couldn't be more help my friend.

Can you please confirm that there is an immo ring/ module around the ignition. Also take a picture if you can but not necessary. I'm almost sure you are having a "passlock" issue. I still believe that there is no transponder system here!
