Code 0358 is from dealer but wont turn on SAFE and code2 on display and after entering code always return to safe???

I bought radio from ebay , and it does not accept 1425.

I think RCD will not work because of wrong data in eeprom. Newer RCD's must have pair EEPROM+MCU.

Without eeprom , radio on diagnostic showing VIN that was entered before in eeprom ,but serial is all zero 000000... Eerom is for sure from another radio , serial on radio is not same as in eeprom .
