i updated to 7.06 already but everytime i launch TM100 it says activation 29 days left, and the toyota smart key is no longer working. And their support is shit, they dont even answer to mail and can't give you a reason why it stops working, That Admin from Tango made a clear explaination. Thanks

No mate a friend told me he did toyota smart system but this time u need eeprom dump to make master key and after that u can add key by diagnostic. Unlike the first time,u cant start car directly . Am smelling another rat, seems they are using Abrites algo ,hope they are not stealing data again from Abrites again.

After one week contact me some one from support and tell me can't fix it online and need to send it back for fix it for free or to send me another new at 250 $.

I think is waste of $ and time with this tool and don't think to buy in future from FLY any tool.

Some solution to try to refix the content of flash firmware 1, 2, serial is posible ?

I think the bootloader is missing from MCU ?

I investigate the problem and I see exist some flash magic tool soft http://www.flashmagictool.com/
for can writhe the MCU with some USB UART interface for LPC MCU, I think is similar MCU family like in FVDI "LPC1768"=100 pins or LPC1788 = 144 pins.

I suspect the Tm100 unit have LPC1788 = 144 pins, but is erased with laser the info label form mcu.

I found pcb at http://www.key-programmer.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/TM100-PCB.jpg

I think P1 connector blue from down need to be connected for programming the MCU LPC and need to be 2 SW, one I find it in top SW for reset "RST" but need to find it the second SW ISP for can read the MCU.

For me not work with 7.12 I have the same errors.

I think not work this version of soft or another version because my bootloader from my MCU it was erased and can't or block to load flash firmware 1, 2 and my serial, I tell this because my 2 leds ar in orange in my unit, not ony one green !

If some one can find some solution for fix this this problem to tell us.

I think the fly company want to learn chinese language, bcause I set the soft 7.12 in english but new information are in Chinese language.

I think the tm100 have a lot of bugs in soft and the team from fly don't know how to resolve them, this is my impresion regarding this fake company.

My Brother lent me this TM100 programmer to have a look at.

I downloaded the software V7.10 & also V7.12

What I noticed was the Tm100 said it has firmware V7.06 & do I want to upgrade ( Yes or No )

Clicking No just closes the software? Interesting

Clicking Yes causes the Tm100 to reboot and no light leds are lit.

The software times out, so I tried a lot of different ways to remove the USB cable at different times. NO LUCK with that.

So I was thinking the problem was a timing problem & it was time to bust out a debugger and start to debug this software.

I spent a whole night on this problems and found out the software in my option is meant to ko these programmers.
No Serial number now on the device. Ok let address that problem.

I patched the software & "what do you know" I can read a transponder with V7.12 software.

My conclusion is these people are being D**khead who made this device.

My Brother paid good money for this programmer, & I'm glad I bought a tango.

I'm new to this forum & people here have replied to one of my posts which I'm grateful for.

If anyone is interested in what I'm doing with this issue, please PM me.

I wish to keep this private & only to members who have this problem. In other words, I don't want Fly knowing how I got these to work again. Dirty buggers

So I had a bit of a win today with this Tm100.
I can say that Fly 100% deletes your serial number, which inturn makes the software pop up a window to update etc as other people have said & posted screenshots of this.
After patching this little problem I was able to use the Tm100. but it's, not a permanent fix.
I'm actually very dirtly about this & I believe FLY should not kill peoples programmers even if it's a clone, which this is not a clone.
I'm waiting for an email back from them, & I will keep trying to contact them to fix this TM100.
But if I don't get a response, I will not stop reverse engineering this product until I have a 100% fix in which I will make sure other people don't have the same problems I'm facing.

I need help from people finding a person to unpack the software.....

The software is packed with VMProtect version 3, I need someone to unpack it & send me the exe unpacked

I can live edit the software & make the tm100 work no problems but once I close the program I have to patch it again.

I have tried freelancer but they block my posts & will not allow me to post this request for unpacking.

In the interest of having this problem with the TM100 finally fixed, this is what needs to be done.

Save your money mate (My TM100 was from them direct and i paid for modules and there own update killed mine).
Im afraid FLY dont take interest when things go wrong .
most times dont even reply to messages etc .
Buy different tools ie TMPRO (does what it said it does)or even Tango .
Fly dont buy or kiss your money good bye (could sing that to American Pie tune lol)

for what you want the best choise for precoding from dumb is tmpro,other choise is ioterminal where you can read eeprom from obd and get also precoding data for manual editing in hitag programmer and pin or even if you want to spend time find where are stored in dump the precoding data values and just use any hitag programmer to precode remote

I have filling the FLY made and create also new company "Xhorse" and for this reason stop to develop TM100 and don't have so much interest for improve , he focus on Xhorse tools like VVDI 2, VVDI products what include also some part of functions from TM100, FVDI, AVDI, TANGO, ...... and want to integrated more tools functions in one Xhorse tool or tools.

Patch to make Tm100 work again.

Because the .exe is packed the data locations will change every time the program is run, so we can't use locations to find the hex that needs to be changed.

But we can use the hex to search for the location that we want to change & that's why I've posted the whole hex to make it easy to locate the three patches that need to be done to make the software work.

There is away to extract the .exe when the program is running and re make the hex back into an .exe, but I don't have the time to learn; how to do that.

Hopefully someone out there knows someone & can do this for all of us?

I'm just going to run this in a VM & leave the VM on & that way it's not a pencil holder anymore.

I refuse to be blackmailed to pay any money because they blanked my serial number when it connected to their ip address as in the tm100.ini file

The way I see the situation is example,
If I go and damage someone's a car; I'm going to get charged by the police for the damage,
but if they damage my expensive key programmer and make it not work anymore, they get away with it. go figure that?

Hence this video / project to say stuff you, seeing they have got away with damaging a lot of peoples programmers with no repercussions, but to charge money to undo what they did.
I like a repercussion that gave me money, but wait I'd think of damaging people stuff & charging them to fix it, stupid me I don't live in China, where I can get away with that.

I can't teach people how to use olly but I can show you what I've done to make this Tm100 work again & it up to you.

So now I have a work around, to me i consider this project finished & I'm not going to waste any more time on it & besides I use my Tango 99% of the time anyway, this was just a F*ck you to the people who think they can do this to me.

Now I'll likely just put the tm100 back in the box and forget about it & never give them a $1 more as another way to stick my foot up their AXX

It's all good to copy other peoples products & steel that firmware, but the Chinese doesn't like it when it happening to them by them.

Mabe Stic / Fly should not kill peoples Tm100's by removing the serial number so the software stops working.

I've found the software that I was working on for these Tm100 & it worked with the one I had.
