Hi DK mates, doing lost keys on a Yaris, cut 2 keys already and have removed this Denso ECU from a 2005 Yaris.

Found the eeprom i need to read, but what do I read as? 93c56, 93c86, 95080? Not sure, doesn't say on eeprom either. Not seen this ECU before, only the more bulky, squarer looking one...

Thanks if you can help :)

That is one of the easiest Toyota ECUs to work with. Look for IC900 or IC901 or IC300 (I think), should be 93C56. Use CarProg (even clone is perfect for this), with antenna and 4C transponder.

Cheers!

That's the one I read. Dump not supported with Effl...

Here is dump: 305321

I first read as 93c56 as ruwi said. Could this have corrupted original dump??? This is the only read i have, and it's not right.

It's not. I'm stuck...
What's the way to virginise this eeprom/ECU and learn 1st keys inserted into ignition? Is there another way...

Read again as 93c56C 16BIT and finally recognised my dump (but shows different 4C ECU - pictured)

Can't write TPX1 with stupid clone ZedBull... Not giving me 'key to dump' option as I hoped...

Anyone have a virgin file for this eeprom? Used 4C carbon work okay?

***NOW RESOLVED***
Sorry Gwee. I know your solution would have worked! You are DK's 'Toyota guru'

Problem was with my reading I think.
These should be read as AT93c56A (16BIT) for best results.
In this format, the dump is recognised by software with no problems. Just in case someone else has the same issue...
Ended up writing in x2 used 4C carbon into dump with Carprog clone, very simple as ruwi said in post #2 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/465946-2005-Toyota-Yaris-lost-keys-Denso-ECU-what-eeprom-do-I-read-as?p=2495233&viewfull=1#post2495233)
Car is running now, 2 keys. Thanks to all for the help!
