Please help me to immo off or re-sync immo on VOLVO S40 2009 2.4D

Hello,

I have a Volvo S40 2009 2.4D.
I loose the original ecu in an accident.
I bought a second hand ecu but the car won't start because immo.
How can i re-sync second hand ecu or teach each other with the car?
Can anybody help me? :)
What file need to do this?
Enough just the Eeprom via BDM?

I read out eeprom 95320 on BDM but if i verify the file x prog throws error because the dump not much.
Than when i re-read than everything is OK.
And when i re-read again, x prog throw again the verify error....
Tomarrow i read out the CEM module too.
So i hope someone can help me to sync this ecu with the original CEM.

I disassembled the CEM and i found 2 motorola processors
They are 9s12XDT256
Which contains that eeprom data what i need to re-sync with the second hand ECU? :)

I downloaded that soft from codecard (not registered) but if i open the ECU eeprom it throws checksum error
Or that just because not registered?
Or dump corrupted?
And my CEM's motorola mask not covered in that small soft.
Mine is 1L15Y
So maybe that soft is not a solution for me because it not covered this ECU or CEM?

I wrote email to Codecard.lt and i ask them about their small soft program can do this sync?
But they answered me with they don't know...
Because they don't tested their tool on this EDC16c31 ECU...
So what can i do?

i give you a hint, in engine ecu sync bits is in 40-90 line, repeat 3 times (similar with edc16 ford) not sure about position in lines, and 074459441584 is posible sync bits from cem (not 100% sure about that, but one small soft tell that, and structure of location is similar with ford dash)

Thanks but i have already got these softs...
But don't work because this is a Bosch ecu not Siemens and edc 16c31
And I contacted with this software maker and they don't know how to sync my ecu..
Or this ecu is not good for this car... Because this ecu from a XC90 not from S40

I got a similar problem with my C30 from 2009, that apparently lost sync between ECM and CEM. My CEM has 2 motorola processors of type 9s12XDT256.
Though I can read the ECM with BDM, I have no clue how to read the CEM :crushed:
Could you please tell me which hardware / software you use to read the CEM, or best, simply link me to a tutoriel ?
I did not manage to find hits on the net.
