RNS 510 - Update failed / black screen

Hello
While updating RNS 510 B (1T0 035 680 B) to "SW: 3810a Josi" it turned off. (Progress - HOST 4% and turned off)
Then I turned on radio and see only black screen and nothing more. Also can't eject cd. I tried with reset and hard reset button combination, but didn't helped.

Somebody know how to resolve this issue ?

Ever solved the problem ? Have same problem but it just happen, no sw update.

There is a special DVD to unlock RNS510 after an update error.

and other dumps too...
