Mazda cx7 2.2 177hp i removed dpf wich is not problem byt adblue i can not solve it i have tried all i know and swiftech even i try to remove it manualy still no luck adblue warning stays on and adblue light on dash remains no dtc on ecu byt car is limited on speed not on rpm so if someone have some idea pleace let me know.
Another option is to fix adblue i will instal new solenoid byt how to reset adblue sistem has anyone have experience on these ~~~~ car.

I'm glad that you solved it, can you tell us how? I did a few mazda with adblue but never had problems

for reset just fill adblue tank to the top and drive 5-10 km ... it will reset by itself ... tested on several cars work OK .. but tank have to be full, if you don't fill it to the top it will not reset

I have issue for this model .first time when i make cx7 for adblue and dpf off dash show tank level.ecu under seat remove when write additive off and dpf and same error on dash...to solve problem remove eeprom from ecu read and save file.put back eeprom to ecu start car drive 20 km and again read and save .post 2 files and i will do ...Regards Vasko

1. I remove the DPF filter, i need to remove the filter SCR too ? or can it stay where it is ?
2. There are two SCR fuses . 1 in the engine compartment and 1 in the passenger compartment. Do I have to remove only the one in the engine compartment?

if you have active errors on the dashboard you must first solve them. afterwards you can remove everything (dpf and AdBlue)

Guys ... i need help with remove adblue in my CX-7

SW: R2AX-18881-L

I tryed to do this with swiftec ... but on the display still is SCR malfunction ....
And km to stop motor goes down...
Module SCR is disconnected , and fuse is removed ....
Now i have ori file in car ... tryed to repair ... but
filling up tank with adblue is not possible because sonde have fault .....
So best will be remove it ....

Guys. How sort it out solution with message on cluster about adblue.

After run engine there is 3 times beep buzzer and the same time 3 times blink adblue led on dash there gone.
Another things refill adblue millage is going down.

I try use forescan with elm327 and disable some function on cluster but is not many anout adblue, or disable beeping.

From what i read, there are two fixes for this issue, either emulate the adblue tank heater with a globe, then reset it with a scantool, then flash the ECU.
Or to flash the ECU and then do a mod the the EEPROM.

Does anyone have any more info on this?
Namely, what wires should you plug the globe into and what wattage globe.

OR Where the EEPROM is and what mods to do to it?

Can I use the firmware create for other car for my car? I ask exactly for the mazda cx7 2.2 diesel 2012... if the firmware for removing the adblue/dpf system is issued for the same engine but for mazda 2010 can I use it for mazda 2012 ( the engine is the same only the year of release is different ) or it is specific for every engine/release year?

And one more question: if the car is well maintained, is there wear on the dpf filter, ie. after regeneration does it recover 100% or over time it still clogs and wears out despite good maintenance and regenerations and there comes a time when it must be replaced anyway.
