How to Read the S9S12HA48CLL 0M34S

Hi , i need pinpoint ( soldering point ) to READ this MCU .
it is for Hiace Jinbei Bus , Chinese Manufacturers .
and
her what i use for reading this MCU it is for Smelecom UsaProg device but when i use the device show me error massage say ( bytes missed during reading )
and i find the vdd vss in board it is not same .. the diagram picture the vdd vss it is in 6&8 pin but in board i find it in 61&62 , i will upload 2 picture one for the diagram that i use and the 2nd it is for life board that i try it .

MATE PIN 61 AND 62 WILL NOT WORK, HE MUST USE PIN 69 FOR VCC AND PIN 70 FOR GROUND, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
