mc68hc11e9 4e28b with upa ?

Hello mates i am trying to read mc68hc11e9 mask 4e28b with upa usb and i am getting

HIGH RESET ERROR


I took the proccessor ou since its impossible lift pin its from lm320 bosch ecu i am trying immo off with emulator


I have r270 can it read ?


While i am searching i saw post about doing autobraud but i didnt know what even that means please help ....thank you

Cubica1 thanks mate i already tried by removing and onboard the same error always reset high error and in connection test

RXD : 0.02 V BAD
RESET: 1,66V BAD

what you mean ...lift pins ? if so the pins are arc shaped its impossible lift pins and leave others ... or i can get all of pcb or none

lift up only problematic pins: Rx and RESET, than connect UPA wires to them directly.

do you have adapter for this mcu?for upa?if not......don't try to read on the pcb.....

I was in same trouble with this mcu last time. I fixed my problems. I have read 4E28B many times in Benz ME2.0 ECU without problems. Then, i wanted to read in an old Benz Lucas epic phase 1 ecu. Same solution not working. It doesn?t care where the mcu is located ! I had to lift reset, rxd, txd and vdd !! Then, everything works without problems !

yes, that's why I hate UPA :) time to time, from place to place, you have all parameters Ok and green colored, but still can't read :(
As @vlaki electronic and @jan 1980 told you, now try to lift up supply line, Rx and reset..all of them and try again, don't give up.
As you can see on my picture above, I have r/w the same processor w/o lift any pin on VW Beta 4 radio.

i have adapters but there are 3 adapters i that can fit the processor 4e28b , what adapter type ? i have type 9 type 3 and type 7 all fit the proicessor but i dont know what is the best and already tried the 3 and type 9 have a jumper ...do you have pic ?

I read it with oem upa, and only lifted txd and rxd.


Does someone have a good techique? For lifting pins in the future.

I first considered cutting, but this can ripp the pcb track.

I ended up, pulling the 2 pins to the outside,and created a small gap.
And did not pushed them back, all the way. But just ennough to solder a connection.

Any tips and tricks, with some pictures perhaps.
