I attached an archive with 2 read softs ( I think it's the same, but I don't know exactly what type of ECU it is 1.9 16V CDTI Bosch EDC16C39 or 1.9 16V CDTI Bosch EDC16C9. Maybe it's no difference ), and also 2 pictures from OP-COM to see some info's about ECU.

The software was read with MPPS v16.

anyway I think the ECU is dead now. I can't start the engine with original file.
It programs with bdm w/o problems, and tester does see the ID/hw no, but can not check the fault codes (communication error)
